Fear of art

nowadays people are so worried about how they sound, they use everything in there power to sound different by using sound effects to change there voice its crazy. i believe thats what society and our parents do to us. we have to make music a certain way or it wont make money, why should we make music for money? why should we alter what the other realm or high form gives to us for money? i mean music is such a nature and beautiul thing, it shouldnt be altered cause its not whats on the radio or because it doesnt hit a fan base. we should have a right to creativity, freedom of expression. if we have the freedom than why not take advantage of it and make some great music, if we push out all that we've been taught than this fear of whether or not people like our music will deplete. we will all have a new view on art cause really this applies to all forms of art. for us as people to fully tap into this nature source of music we have to let go of this fear or all music will end up sounding so much alike.

Nicks influences

One of my biggest influence would have to be John Frusciante, as a musicians i appreciate all different artist but his music is probably some of the grestest stuff i had ever heard. everything from Niandra Lades and Usually Just a T-Shirt to The Empyrean  have been influential for all types of musicians. The depth of soul he has put into his music is tremendous, its refreshing. Shadows Collide with People is an album that he had worked on for a long period of time, writting it while with the chili peppers. Listening to is was a pleasure because of songs like "Time Goes Back" "Song to Sing When I'm Lonely" and "Ricky" songs that are ironically up beat but have lyrics that really dig deep and convey some sorrow. Few musicians are like John Frusciante and many respect him as an accomplished solo artist. Other albums like The Will to Death, Inside of Emptiness and The Empyrean also show the genius that is John Frusciante. And you know you could be taking us far" those lyrics have really made me think about a lot of different things in my life. i just really appreciate him an artist and a musician, i hope he continues to create amazing music
